I got these breast cancer research stamps before the price went up. The are non-denominational and they say "special rate of postage" on them... I'm wondering if they are still good without having to use the other one cent ones...

Check with the post office.I just bought stamps right before they went up they knew this but I didn't I had to get 1 cent stamps,yes it was an aggravation but at least that way your mail will get there.
Reply:I suspect that you would have to add 1 cent because the surcharge was for charity. Call or ask the Post Office, or find it on the Internet. www.usps.gov Good Luck
