Because he is the most ignorant and stupid president this country has ever had, seriously. I have to wonder what his IQ is.
Reply:I hear ya there, he wants to give Afghanistan 10 billion to build there army. Take care of the U.S. first and foremost not foriegn countries. Make this country a pinnacle first and then help other countries.

Reply:i doubt that 40 million dollars would have found the cure though, that disease will always be there to find a cure for at a later date, but we may need the money for something that needs to be done right now, i smoke cigs and will probably end up with cancer and it doesnt bother me, cuz most the money to those researhes are just used to pay doctors ridiculas wages
